I gave this as a gift to my mom, who really didn't have any kind of emergency kit. She lives in a retirement apartment building and I felt more comfortable knowing she had "something". with the price, I may buy a few more to add to Christmas gifts this year. The bag has some extra room, so you can easily add things like a tooth brush and tooth paste, a bar of soap, and other things you may want in an emergency situation to help you feel more "normal".
