Customer Review: Regular replacements

Due to the button design on the remote, they have to be replaced every once in a while. No big deal as these are reasonably priced and you have to remember that Stanley makes some really good money with replacement parts as do other manufacturers. The garage door opener itself is over 20 years old and believe it or not, I have never had a problem with it, therefore don't mind spending a few dollars every few years for the remote. By the way, this is only the second time in 20 years that I have bought replacements. I believe the majority of people that own this remote will agree about the button situation. As far as people complaining that they had a problem programming this item, I don't understand the problem. My 10 year old grandaughter programmed both of mine based on the old unit. Even with a few minor problems, I continue to be a loyal Stanley customer.
Description of Linear 105015 310MHz 1-Channel Visor Transmitter
The Model 105015 1-Channel Visor Transmitter is a portable transmitter designed for automatic door and gate operator applications. This transmitter is a single-channel device, pressing the pushbutton will send a signal to the receiver. The transmitter has a red test/operate indicator and is powered by a 9-volt battery.
