I purchased two tubes of this product in October 2009. July 2010 I opened the product to use on my project. The super glue was completely hardened and did not come out of either of the tubes of this product. I phoned their customer service number, which directed me to two further numbers, that finally directed to a person who told me to call the Canadian number, who directed me to the wrong division. I called back again and they said they could not help me at all and I had to call the retailer that sold the product. So five phone calls and waiting through all the phone messages and NO service at all. There is no expiry date on the package to warn me to use before a certain date. They did not want to address my concern about a possible expiry date over the phone. So I wasted my $$ on this product and will not be purchasing anything from them ever again.
