Great idea, it's about time heaters/Air Conditioners got thermostats that actually work accurately. Who wants to waste electricity and spend all day turning the heater / AC on and off? Nice price too, similar to a thermostat without an outlet. I wish I found this sooner before making my own out of a thermostat, outlet, relay and power supply... and then watching the worthless hardware store thermostat fail after 6 months.Customer Review: Great product. This is a great product and served it purpose very well. All these electric fireplaces they sell at store do not have a Dang thermostat to tell them to cut on and off at a certain temp. This solved our problem and keeps our vacation house master bedroom at a perfect 72 degrees. We programmed it to just turn on during weekends which saves us alot on power as well. Wonderful product and very affordable for the technology.Customer Review: Seemed to be a great product, just never used it.

The product will be great for an A.C. unit with out a temp. control shut off.
That is what I got the unit for, but found that my A.C. has one built in.
I got it just in case the unit's built in one didnt keep proper temp.
I tested mine with a digital temp. gage.
I found that mine was working fine, would recomend this product to anyone.

We bought this programable outlet thermostat for use in our small greenhouse. We had been unable to get away during the winter months here in the Gulf South because the temperature can be 75 one day and below freezing the next. This thermostat has worked very well for us this winter. The one problem is with the clearness of the inclosed instructions.It took several reading to determine how to set it.Customer Review: Excellent product

I've used this plug in thermostat for about 8 months now for both heaters and air conditioners. The programming is straightforward. I will be purchasing a second unit soon. I highly recommend it as a great cost saving measure. The only drawback is that it does not seem to recognize past midnight on Sunday as weekday programming. I assume weekday programming kicks in at the first Monday interval.
