I love the features and so far so good. I am concerned about one of the other reviews that states it won't work in cold weather. Being a tool for a contractor there is no excuse for it not working in all types of weather. I am also not sure how it will hold up. Not that it looks cheap, but I can;t say it looks bulletproof either. In our business I need bulletproof, so a more expensive tougher unit may have been a better choice for us. I'll update later after a few months of use.Customer Review: Excellent Response

I ordered a SmartTool from AMAZON, with two day shipping. I received it in time from UPS whereupon they left it on our front entry. We found that the box was empty having discovered a hole in the end of it (either created during shipment or neighborhood thief). I emailed AMAZON to explain and they IMMEDIATELY (Saturday) sent another. I received it on the following Monday. Thanks AMAZON for a wonderful response--with no trips for me to UPS, etc.

This is one of the coolest tools that I own. I have laser levels, wood levels, cheap plastic ones and small bullet levels, this is by far one of the best to use by myself. The wood level is still the best, and most expensive, but hard to use by myself. This is easy to use, easy to calibrate and is very accurate. If you could only buy one level, this would be your best over all bet. The slope and grade readings make life soooo much easier! Talk about a time (and mind!) saver, all in one neat package. The construction is top notch and should give many years of durable and accurate service. I would highly recommend it to anyone. What a great Christmas present!! I am now looking to get the bullet version of this to use with my other levels.
