I like it! It is very light in weight, but puts out a very "white" light. The only minor gripe I have is that the beam is not as adjustable as my other Maglights. Mine won't adjust to a narrow "spot" focus, but I probably wouldn't use that focus, anyway. Very minor issue - I recommend the product; and, I'd buy it again.Customer Review: Great Flashlight!

This is not the first Maglite I've owned. But, it is the first LED and the best. Not only is the construction very good and Made in the USA, the light is exceptional. Very clear and bright. It has less of a "black center" when on the wide beam. Certainly more expensive than most flashlights, but well worth the money.Customer Review: OK - not great

Think about a flashlight made by unknown brand. The maglite brand is misleading - the on off switch works 90% of the time. Controlling the beam condensation is a big BS. Why 3 stars and not 1 - 1. it is working most of the time, when it doesn't - you play with the on off switch. 2. it is cheapCustomer Review: Very Bright !!!

This 3AA LED is about 8 times brighter than my 2AA standard mag-lite. And at least twice as bright as my 22-year old 5 C-cell maglite.
The quality appears better than my older mag-lites. Excellent fit and finish, and no defects so far. I'm impressed for the price.

I have the 2 cell version & have used it daily for about 4 years to take the dog out to his kennel in the morning (I am on the road by 4am) & it has worked flawlessly. Wanted to get one to keep on the boat, decided to go with he 3 cell for a bit longer battery life. So far, so good.
