when I bought it back in nov of 2k9 it was for 28 bucks, none the less it is a mag-lite so well worth the current price. it gives off a ton of light, consumes less battery and is just as rugged as my older model I had!! get it and don't think twice!!Customer Review: Mag-Lite 4-D Cell LED Flashlight

For such a small LED it has quite a powerful beam in the dark, it doubles as a defensive weapon with it's size and weight, many are in awe for me having a "police" flashlight, to me it's just a wonderful toy, I couldn't have chosen a better one!Customer Review: excellent

Product was excellent. I would pay the extra ten bucks and buy the package that comes with the LED light included. This thing is huge and I feel very safe camping or walking around the block at night with this thing. Very bright and sturdy.
