Customer Review: Nice winch, poor instructions

I give this quality product 4 stars only because of the very poor instructions written in 'Chinese English' and so poorly printed that parts are illegible. I had to get a neighbor to show me how to unwind the cable on the winch. The product itself is fine, except for the very short cable (I had to go buy a 12-foot length of chain to load a riding mower onto my pickup). For the money, it is a well-made product that does the job.
