VERY strong. The size combined with the strength of them make them very hard to take apart. You can use the edge of a table to help separate them.
Magnets are brittle. Allowing them to slam together WILL result in them chipping. They are also almost too strong to have them NOT slam together... They are strong enough to pinch fingers pretty good too. Not a toy (for little kids, anyway...).
Packaging is pretty neat as well. Fun magnets.

I bought these magnets to use and to play with because they were only $10. They were a great buy. I couldn't believe how strong they were and it was fun to see if people could pull them apart. However, with in 24 hours they started to break and crumble. The chrome plating started to peel. Now they are useless. I don't know if they were defective or not? Anybody? these are very strong magnets
they stick together through your palm pretty easily when new and can stick through your wrist
i recommend you wrap them in some sort of tape because they do slam into each other/other metals and chip
these are strong and you will have a lot of fun messing around with your friends with them

I bought these magnets in hope of holding down some parts when I take apart airsoft guns, they are basically mini air compressors. They did not hold anything down, but they are very strong. They crack and chip very easily, just simply attempting to break them apart from each other results in breaking them. But they are very strong.
