The only thing Master-lockish about this product is the packaging, this is a castrated joke of a lock. It opens with very little effort when locked, seriously, you'll be just as secure as wrapping duct tape around your luggage. In fact, that would probably prove to me more of a time deterrent than the half- second it took for me to force the lock open with a pinky finger. If you want a lock that will lock securely with least bit of pry resistance, this is not your lock. Do not buy.Customer Review: Not so bad, but some are not good...

I purchased 8 pairs of these locks.. And 3 of them don't work at all... Unfortunately, I live over seas and returning the items will be a hastle for me. I recommend you read the instructions cafefully before trying to manipulate them... They are very sensitive... I hope I could replace these 3... Maybe what I saved in buying these locks was lost with one and a half pair I paid for...Also, I never received the color green. All of them were purple, pink and orange...Customer Review: Be Aware

I ordered these locks because I wanted a colorful lock to make my luggage easier to find.
What was delivered were 2 Silver locks. Silver is NOT one of the colors mentioned in the ad. Silver locks were exactly what I did not want! I sent them back.

I received these locks and tried to program them following the
instructions enclosed. One lock worked fine; the other did not.
I never did get it to work as I could not program it and could not
reset it as per the instructions.
The locks themselves are very small and the numbers are a bit difficult to read - must use reading glasses if you need them.
I returned them for a refund - will try another brand next time.

Well, my problem was that a cousin of mine came to my house and he said accidentally changed the combination, but then he forgot it. I searched in the package and expected to find a spare key in case of a situation like this, but found nothing. A locksmith will charge too much to open the padlock so I can reset the combination. I suggest Master Company should include a key in case people forgets the combination or in a situation like mine.
