Customer Review: Can't choose the colour?

I'd love to order a couple sets of these...however, I don't think I would ever stop hearing from my coworkers if I showed up with pink locks on my luggage. Is it REALLY that difficult to allow people to choose the colour? I do own one of these same locks I bought at an airport for $5; well worth the extra cost to avoid getting a bizarre colour. I'm sure they would sell far more of these if you were given a choice.Customer Review: What's the Point

We've used these locks on a couple of trips and they work fine. But on a trip this week one of my bags arrived without its lock. Our "friends" at the TSA decided to inspect the contents and didn't want to be bothered to use their key--they just cut off the lock. What's the point of buying TSA-accepted locks if they are just going to cut them off?Customer Review: does it job

used it once and so far no problem with it
looks better than normal nickel/bronze colored lock
it came with 4 keys!, no worry if you lost one of them
build not as sturdy/solid as the 4683q model, it feels
like plastic and it gonna break apart if you drop/throw it

I ordered these thinking they would be the blue ones shown on the photo. Read the fine print. I got pink locks. I don't want pink, now I am stuck paying $11.99 + shipping and handling because to return them would not be cost effective and there is no guarantee that I would get the color I would like. I thought i had bought the best locks in the world to feel secure when i travel and i do feel secure they are very good locks but out of the four only two works one bottom part felt on my hand right out of the package the other one the key don't work for nothing in the world, so i ended up paying to much for two locks.
