I have a Property Management business, and use these keyboxes in order to provide access to a home by contractors while we are preparing a home to lease. They have saved me lots of time, and wasted mileage meeting contractors to let them in. Using the boxes is also easier, and cheaper than having keys made for each contractor, then having to retrieve the keys from them once they are finished. I also like being able to change the access codes so easily. A great business tool.Customer Review: Not Good for Modern Car Keys or Surfing

I bought this with the intent of using it for my car key when going surfing.
Locking the car key in this lock and attaching to car.
Although the lock is just as advertised, the interior compartment of the lock is not large enough to fit or contain most modern car keys (Honda CRV key, Honda Pilot Key).
So if you are buying for similar purpose I would pass.
I still haven't found a lock big enough.

This is a great realtor lockbox especially if you have larger high security keys. It is fairly hard to jam by clumsy brokers.
Its glaring fault is it is totaly NOT water resistant. In the winter expect it to be frozen solid, even if the sliding cover is up. Even in a protected area the cold can kill it. I keep deicer in the car.
It needs a detachable rubber cover for the whole lock for winter use.

Being a realtor, I have used many different types of lock boxes. I like this one, it is easy to operate. Unlike the push button boxes, you don't have to reenter the code to close it up. The little door on the front keeps the rollers clean and the boxes look nicer on the houses. Check the prices at several different retailers on Amazon. They vary greatly. I think I paid about $18 per box. Well worth the price!Customer Review: Works great

Works as well as any realtor lockbox, solid construction and reasonable price. Only downside might be that you can't use a realtor key to open it. But I did my own MLS listing and didn't have any problems, just gave the code to realtors when they called asking to show the place. On the plus side, it can also be used for workers doing renovations that a realtor key lockbox can't be used for.
