Customer Review: I'm sure the magnet hooks are great, but...

...the seller is not! I ordered this item back at the beginning of August, for use in my elementary school classroom, and HomeandBeyond never did ship them, and sent a couple of excuses (the first, saying that the hooks were coming from another warehouse and they would be shipped in 2 days, but were not, and the second saying their shipping dept was looking into the "problem"). Today I get an email saying that they have cancelled my order, no explanation, no nothing. Because the order was cancelled, I don't even get to leave feedback for the seller, which is very wrong. I would never order from them EVER if you actually want to receive your product!
