Customer Review: Lousy mounting and covers

This was my first curved curtain rod for our shower and I was hoping for an easy install. Fail. Unfortunately, only drywall is where the rod needs to go so I followed the instructions and drilled appropriate holes. The lousy drywall screws/mounting hardware did not tighten up against the drywall, and worse, the cover (cap) that is supposed to slide over the mount doesn't stay in place. One doesn't even sit flush with the wall! I mounted it perfectly on both sides, so the rod is not crooked. Now I've got these holes in the walls and need to return the rod for something else. I'd use other drywall fasteners but the cap issue still wouldn't be solved. Moen really disappointed me this time.
