After letting them have the suggested charging time we put these in our garden they looked fantastic! Then...one after one they started failing to the point where after one week we only had two of the six working. I am hoping it is just the batteries so I can buy some...but really I dont have time (or dont feel that I should have to spend much time) troubleshooting something that I just purchased as brand new, and its not just one, its 4 of the 6 we bought.
I took a gamble after reading the other reviews of a high failure rate, I should have known better. What a let down.

I am another person that ordered 3 of these this summer. One has completely died after about a week, changed the battery and still does not work. The second one stopped working after about a month, I changed the battery and that one now works nicely. The 3rd one is not very bright and does not stay on long, I will be changing the battery in that one when I get a chance. I would not recomend these unless you get a really realy good deal since you will be having to replace the batteries in short order and crossing your fingers that they will work after.Customer Review: Work well and look nice but could be improved

Today is was cloudy all day and my Moonrays ball fixtures are still fully lit up several hours after sunset while all the Westinghouse solar snowflakes next to them have gone dark. I am surprised at how well they are working so far. The overall effect is nice but they do need some improvements. Some of the colors, especially white, don't persist for more than a small fraction of a second. It looks ok as it is, but it would be great if it was brighter. A lot of the light from the LED does not get caught by the glass ball.

I bought several Moonrays lights a year ago and they started a gardening revolution for my 89-year-old mother. She loves them and they have been working for a year. So I just bought some more for her (lilies this time) and also some of the globe ones for my grandsons. The boys (ages 10 and 11) assembled and disassembled my own globe lights this year for a spot of color on a camping trip in July. The lights not only survived :-) but are still glowing now that we are in another location. I am really looking forward to getting the lilies!Customer Review: Fantastic Light show.

Recently purchased 9 of these Colour-changing Glass Ball Fixtures, and after a few little discrepancies (which were expidited and handled in a most impressive and professional manner and procedure), are well worth aquiring.
The changing of colours and the display of light, in and around the patio and rockery, is most pleasant and a real conversation item.
Everybody has commented how beautiful they are and want to know where to obtain them, i.e. never have seen them before. Well worth the money. You will not be dissappointed.
