I purchased 7 Moonray Color-Changing Glass ball fixtures as a gift for my mother who lives in Florida. She absolutely loves them. Easy to put together and very well made. Change 7 or 8 difference colors..some colors are not as obvious as others but all and all, my she really enjoys them. ....bonus... the batteries are included!!!! I think theses are great gift idea...as long as they are where the sun shines!Customer Review: so pretty

I love the globe lights and the color changes are so pretty! Speed of mailing with free shipping was a little slow, but not bad, for free shipping. I actually thought their were more lights, but the one light was so beautiful and I ordered two, just a very nice addition to my deck lights (I placed them in potted plants around my huge deck). I have nine of them in my yard, along with a number of other lights. At first my son said mom why so many lights, now he thinks they look good at night. Ordered two on my last order, unfortunately one came in defective and I am currently waiting for a replacement that was sent out. Other than that, I have had no problems with my lights. The colors were beautiful for the 3 days the ball worked. I placed it in an area with direct sunlight for the majority of the day. It just stopped lighting up after 3 nights, plain and simple. For the money, I would look elsewhere.
Started working again last night. Not sure why but, I'm glad I didn't have a chance to throw it out. We will see how long it lasts.

Initially I ordered 2 of these because I'm highly skeptical of cheap yard ornaments. These may be cheaply priced but not cheaply made. I liked these so much I've got 4 more ordered from Amazon. They are EASY to assemble and give off a warm glow of color changing lights inside a beautiful crystal like glass globe. There is even an off switch if you don't want them running.
