Lift Off #3 Stain Remover works but you really have to saturate the ink spot, let it sit for a minute and scrub hard. It took several washings to get out the pen marks (some idiot left a pen in the dryer that is in the basement of my building and it destroyed my clothes) out, but they did eventually come out.
