The touch and hold feature is great; it works well and is very convenient. But as a closer, it just like all other relatively cheap closers. The return action is not well controlled. It has very little dampening when initially released and bounces as it closes. I combined it with a 20-year-old large-diameter, premium unit to get overall good performance. I wish they offered a premium unit.

1/8'' steel with powder coated finish. Easy 1 hand/foot operation. Nudge door to close, no need to push button. For medium weight storm doors and solid doors (up to 30 lb.). Replaces major brands without replacing brackets. Replaces closers mounted at top, middle, or bottom of door. Adjustable closing speed. Permanently lubricated.
