I did not find any help from it even with dieting. I thought at least I would not gain any weight. I used it like directed before eating carb's 3 x a day and suprisingly I gained 2 lbs. I wouldnt buy it again. It just didn't work for me.Customer Review: Carb Intercept by Natrol

I receieved this item very fast. It works good, but didn't see results like i was hoping. I did lose five pounds. I'm sure it can't work miracles, but we can always dream!!!
