After all the reviews of toughness, I can give another view for what its worth. I was mainly using the 3/4 f to 1/2 m with a heavy duty ingersoll rand impact which produces a max of 1500 psi of torque. No problems at first, but I did break one after about a month. Now granted, I was really torture testing these adapters and I can't say they wouldn't be fine otherwise. The one which broke was made of Chrome vanadium versus others which are made from Chrome moly. I am going to replace it with a Grey Pneumatic chrome moly reducer and see if it holds up better. In all fairness I saw many 1/2 bolts bend during tightening using this set, so its possible that no adapter/reducer could hold up to such extreme usage. If you are really going to use these under very high psi tightening, I might suggest some caution.
