Shipped quickly and as another reviewer noted it does rattle around a bit in the box, but what can you do. Mine arrived looking a bit different than the one it the picture. On the head of the bar the sides are black powder coated. Seems to be just an appearance thing, so I'm not too worried. I'm surprised at the 25 inch description, as mine came a hair under 24 inches. Again, though, a minor thing. One thing that might be nice to change, though, it checked or ribbed handle that gives the user a bit more purchase. That would surely grime up more in use, but would be less likely to slip from your hand.
Another reviewed advocated going to Harbor Freight to buy a version of this tool. The reviewer noted that HF has a lifetime warranty. Yes, HF does, and yes they exchange broken tools without a bit of argument. At the same time, HF tools are notorious for breaking, snapping, and failing. They're made of the lowest quality Chinese steel imagineable. They are never a good idea if there's any way you can afford something a bit better.
