Who knew something this simple could make such a difference? I don't like using fabric softener on my towels because then they're not as absorbent, but they always seemed to come out a little scratchy from the dryer. Since I started using these, I don't have that problem anymore. Also, the rest of my clothes don't fall into a pile of wrinkles if I don't get them out of the dryer right away. Now if only I could find them when they're hiding in the sheets I just took out of the dryer :)Customer Review: Nellie's Dryer Balls

I have used Nellie's Dryer Balls for nearly one month now and am completely satisfied with them. They work as advertised and clothes and towels come out softer and lint free. I use two at the same time in the dryer. I recommend them to consumers who want softer, lint free clothes.
I might add that these dryer balls are unique in design because they are egg shaped with longer spikes and also made of material that won't harm clothes or dryer.

I never determined whether or not these actually reduced drying time and thus my energy bill or carbon footprint. In the end it didn't matter because one of the balls split in half after just three months of use (we probably averaged 3-4 loads of laundry/week during that time). So they certainly did not save me any money and, as short lived plastic items of dubious effectiveness, they weren't any good for the environment, either.Customer Review: No noticeable difference yet

I haven't been using any dryer sheets before but I came across the dryerballs and decided to give it a try. After reading some comments about dryerballs I decided to get 4 of them in hopes that it'll shorter my drying time or make my cloths feel softer. So far after 3-4 times I have yet to see any difference in either the drying time or softness of my clothes. The dryerballs still look good and show no signs of wear.Customer Review: EXCELLENT

These really work. I have a baby with VERY sensitive skin. I can use these dryer balls without dryer sheets and his clothes are soft and fluffy. Also, I've noticed my towels are fluffier and more absorbent. I tried another brand of dryer balls because they are cheaper, but they fell apart in the dryer on the second use. I used my first set of Nellie's dryer balls for over one year. Try them. You'll be hooked.
