I was looking forward to using these, but one literally cracked open after only a few uses. I was very disappointed, but when I contacted the manufacturer via their website, they assured me that this product is guaranteed and they sent me a replacement free of charge. I purchased 4 Nellies balls about a month ago and one already split apart. I used round dryer balls for 3 years and never had that problem. I wanted to try Nellies because they aren't round and don't roll away from me if they fall on the floor when emptying the dryer. The three I have left are working fine.Customer Review: Works great!

Tried these at my sister's and they worked great. So, I bought 2 sets of dryerballs. I use both sets for larger items but you only need one set for most clothing. Seems to be a bit more staticky than with a dryer sheet but the trade-off for not using any chemicals is worth it.Customer Review: OMG-Fantastic Product!!!

Nellie's Dryerballs
These things REALLY work and it was a find-it not only softens your laundry but REALLY gets the wrinkles out!!!!! I still use a dryer sheet but when I forget it helps to soften!!!! Heartily suggest consideration of this product!

At first, these dryer balls worked well -- no more need for dryer sheets. But, about 20 washes later, one of them split in half.
While these balls are efficient in theory, their construction is faulty and I would not recommend.
