I just got these yesterday and ran around my house installing a bunch of them. It took all of two seconds to install them (plus time to put the screws back in my outlet covers). These are a great price for a the amount you get. 8 switchplate gaskets and 16 outlet gaskets. I trimmed out the center of the outlet gaskets to get them to work with rocker style switches and GFI outlets. I am not sure how much energy will be saved...but they definitely make me feel better knowing that cold air is not seeping in around my outlets and switches like before. For exterior wall use, there is a definite difference in the temperature of the outlet and the (lack of) air seeping in around it. Great inexpensive weatherproofing product!
