Tools and Hardware Reviews of Noodlehead N111C Flexible Lawn & Garden SprinklerCustomer Review: Wish I had invented it. Summary: 5 StarsReally a great idea. Placed three across the front of the house and directed each noodle to cover every plant. Now we don't have to stand there with a hose to water the plants. You come back 20 minutes later turn the hose off and you're done.
Customer Review: great product Summary: 5 StarsThese sprinkler heads are wonderful if you have odd sized beds like I do. I highly recommend them.
Customer Review: unique sprinkler Summary: 3 Starsit is just an additional item for your sprinkler arsenal. enjoy it. it brings a tad of creativity to the garden watering process.
Customer Review: Soakers are better Summary: 3 StarsI bought this little sprinkler last year and thought it would be perfect for my irregular beds, well, I finally got it to work on one bed, but for the most part it either watered too much or not enough. You can aim the little flexible heads, but they tend to slowly move back to their original location. And if your water pressure changes while watering then where you set them originally may be too high or far when the pressure goes up. I think that a soaker hose is a lot more practical and gets the water where you want it with a lot less hassle.
Customer Review: Almost perfect Summary: 4 StarsI would rather give this three and a half stars and not four.
This is a great sprinkler and a great idea but could use some improvements.
First, it could be bigger. It is a lot smaller then I thought it was going to be.
The noodles are not as flexible as they need to be but I could understand that if they are too flexible they may not be able to stand up. And sometimes its hard to get a noodle bent into position especially if your trying to bend the noodle downward pretty far. Sometimes you have to bend past the angle you want and let the noodle straighten a bit to where you intend it to spray.
I did find that it worked better if you place the sprinkler on a pole and have the noodles pointed up and adjust them according to where the water lands on the garden.
But the one big plus is when I watered my garden I was able to point a noodle to my lily plant near the garden and have it get watered the same time the garden did. And even tho it took a while to get the sprinkler adjusted to cover the garden, it still was able to water the entire garden. I have no other sprinkler that has done that so far.
Im not sorry I bought this becuase I was able to make it work. But, like I said, it could use a couple improvements.
