I think this is a wonderful sprinkler for the money. It is easy to direct the water streams wherever you want them. I have an odd shaped garden and lawn, and this sprinkler makes it easy to direct the flow exactly where I want it, which means I am not wasting any water. I am very satisfied with this product. The noodles help me to direct the water where I want it to go and serves my need perfectly. I would buy this product again if I needed one. Fantastic! I have a narrow area to water and this product does the trick where other sprinklers have failed. I'm planning on buying more of these sprinklers next spring. You have a a lot of control where you can point the little water jets. I wish, I bought this years ago, I wasted a lot of money on worthless sprinklers that didn't do what was written on the box, this does it all. LOVE IT!!!Customer Review: more like a toy

If you are looking for something for your kids to run through this product will probably work but it is not an efficient way to water a big or small area. In order to set a pattern it has to be running which means you get wet until you get it figured out. In addition the spray is so fine that the slightest breeze effects the coverage.
Would not recommend.

I have some odd-ball places to water on my property so decided to give the Noodlehead Sprinkler a try.
As someone else mentioned it is tiresome changing the noodles for each application. Perhaps it would be fine mounted permanently & dedicated to one particular area. I just don't use it that way. In fact...I just don't use it at all.
