Customer Review: Cheap chinese product. beware.

There is a reason why we shouldn't be doing business with China. This is one of them. The product reeks of poor quality - the plastic, the electronics, everything. It is supposed to work with a tap on the scale, but it only works when the scale is jolted off the ground. Every time. I almost was going to return it and ask for a refund, but as long as the consistent jolts get it to work, I am going to live with it, coz...what are my options? More chinese products?
