I have been looking on Amazon for quite a long time to try and find a nice mattress cover for our queen size bed. I bought this one on sale and now I'm going to order another one for my daughter's bed. I love this mattress pad, its nice & soft, doesn't make any sound at all when moving in the bed and it fits our oversized mattress perfectly.Customer Review: be carefull when you wash it

i took it out of the package and carefully followed the care nstrcutions for washing it. When i took the maress pad out of the washer (before even drying it) bottom layer had begun to deteriate and come a part. the top layer is still fine and i cannot notice any problems with it while its on my ed but i wonder about how long it will last.Customer Review: does not fit 18" deep

The product claims to fit mattresses up to 22" deep. My mattress is around 16"-18" deep and it doesn't tuck under on the sides. There is about 2 inches of mattress exposed on the sides and about 1" on the ends where it won't reach to even go under the edge! And this is before I've even laid down on it which will pull it up even more!Customer Review: Great mattress pad

Having amazon prime my package shipped really fast (two days). I opened up the mattress pad and put it on top of my memory foam mattress, it felt amazing. The pad basically amplified the softness, made the bed conform to my body a little better, and kept the mattress from getting to hot. I bought this to top off an air mattress for use when company visits. It fits the mattress well, provides extra cushion/softness and stays on the mattress through several nights; would buy again for this purpose.
Based on other reviews, I wash in hot water, but use the air dry (no heat) feature of the clothes dryer.
