I have been using these for years. My last one burned out, but I learned how to (not) use it. When we travel, I like to warm up my coffee as it gets cold, this works perfectly. It is very fast to boil water that we use to have tea when we travel. Just remember to unplug it BEFORE you take it out of the liquid. I bought 3, just in case.Customer Review: A piece of junk.

This cup water heater was worthless the first time I tried to use it. The plastic cup holder broke off the first time I used it.I was going to try to hold it but the heating element never heated not even 1 degree. Thus no coffee in a Las Vegas hotel room until I dressed and went out to get it. worthless junk.

This product is great for traveling when you would like a hot beverage in a few minutes. It only requires an outlet and I use it in hotel rooms when I am on the road.
Customer Review: Excellent for boiling water quickly, but don't use for milk

It's compact and portable and heats up water quickly. A word of caution to just use it for boiling water and don't use it to heat up milk. The milk ends up burning on the heating rod and it's impossible to clean it. Since it's inexpensive, I purchased another one but only using it to boil/heat up water.Customer Review: Hot Tea to Go!

I took this heater with me to New York. I like a hot cup of tea a couple of times a day. This heat infuser probably saved me a hundred dollars. The water boiled quickly and I didn't have to leave the hotel room & face the arctic New York winter in order to enjoy a refreshing beverage!
