I was leery about buying this product after reading a review on how this set of bits wears out so easily but for home use it works perfectly and I see no evidence of wear and tear. I've taken apart and put back together my Xbox dozens of times (using the Torx 10 and 20 security bits) within a short amount of time and it has been very useful. My only concern is how hard it is to take the bits out of the case. I had to get a pair of pliers to remove any of the bits and it took a large amount of effort to remove the corner bits too. After removing and replacing the bits in the case repeatedly it does get easier and I hope that soon I won't even need to use a pair of pliers at all! I bought this Security Drill Bit Set so that I could get into my telco box outside my house. I wanted to install a phone line splitter for my DSL. Also I have many coin-operated arcade games that have security screws on them.
First of all, the holder is great. You could shake it upside down pretty hard and the bits still wouldn't fall out. Anybody who has spilled 32 drill bits all over the place knows what I'm talking about.
So far the bits have performed well. I'm mostly using them for low-torque types of jobs so I haven't had problems with the bits being too soft. I've used them once or twice with a power drill, but mostly by hand.
Again, for the price - well worth it for me.

Fast shipping. Ordered on Wednesday, received the following Tuesday. I was quite happy with the variety and quality of the bits. Nice long bits. I ordered it for the Torx Security Bits, so I could remove my MAF (Mass Air Flow), and be able to clean it. My "Check Engine" light was on and my truck was stalling and running poor. The bit did the trick, I removed, cleaned and reinstalled my MAF, and my 2000 Ford Ranger is running like new.
Light duty, perhaps, but a happy customer, nevertheless.

I needed to do some body work on a 360 controller and rather than be foiled by a Torx security (#8) screw, I picked these up Harbor Freight. The screws are set deeply (as they often are for such electronics), but the bits have a decent depth before they revert to the full hex shaft. A bit overkill for one use, but I might go tear apart a public restroom or unleash some other form of mayhem.Customer Review: Great quality at at and even greater price.

These bits are an awesome buy. I was able to fix a costly item, so this set has already payed for it self. They are a very high quality. Many of the security bit sets out there cost more than this item shipped, and you only get a third of the bits.
