Customer Review: Wrong One and won't work

You have to be careful when you order these controllers for rope lights. There are different sizes of rope lights which I didn't realize so this one was the wrong size. Then I ordered the correct one and when I got it wouldn't work. Not all controllers work with all rope lights I found out. It's pretty frustrating. I will say that this company gave us our refund very quickly and no problem there. Had to pay for return shipping of course and they did charge a restock fee which I think is a rip-off but oh well, "Live and learn!"
