I was excited to stop using plasitc ice cream buckets for my compost. The stainless 1.5 gallon Norpro was exactly what I was looking for. There is no odor as they say, but i still have a big problem with fruit flies. It's much worse than before because it doesn't seal. The flies get under the filter very easily. I'm ready to seal the top with duct tape. Very dissappointed. But it looks great!
