Why isn't there an option for zero stars? This product has earned it. The vacuum hose is bent in three places (won't unbend) and worthless. Since the storefront would charge a restocking fee for this $19.95 defective product (and I would have to pay shipping on top of that), it is not even worth returning or donating. I've been using this product for 2 yrs. When my dryer took more than one cycle, I removed the back to find the exhaust fan clogged with lint. This potential fire hazard could have become disasterous. I use my lint removal kit at least once a month now. I also use the brush to get dust out of the refrigerator coils, helping it stay efficient.Customer Review: Lived up to Billing

Worked as expected. A real eyeopener as to the vigilance needed to make sure that vent is clean. Despite the fact that it appeared that a significant amount of air was being vented from my dryer, when I took the duct apart it was so full of lint that I could not see to the other end of it. This was a good purchase because we were able to get out amazing amounts of lint from the dryer. We liked that multiple pieces came with the kit. Our main complaint is that the vacuum extension part cracked after only a few uses. Otherwise, the brushes work well.Customer Review: 2 Out of 3

2 Out of 3 items isn't bad. The 36" wand and the vacuum attachment are worth the price of admissin. The 10' duct brush is worthless though. The limp attachment is too flimsy to actually propel the brush through the duct. DON'T BUY IT FOR THIS TOOL!!!
