We often have a problem with ants sneaking into the kitchen when the weather changes. Since they are on the counters, this is the perfect product to banish them. It really works, which is great as it's so environmentally friendly. One note--it's not one of those products you can keep around and use year after year. I found its effectiveness diminished when I used it a year after purchase, so I bought another bottle, which worked perfectly.Customer Review: Best Natural Bug Killer Yet!

We've always had problems after the exterminator came with little tiny ants appearing on the kitchen cabinets. We didn't want a regular poison due to the close proximity of food. So it was great to find a product which is safe to use around food and really works! Since I used it on the first day, there has been no evidence of those pesky ants. I love the product and recommend it so much, I bought an additional gallon!Customer Review: smells good

This stuff did not seem to repel any bugs. I do give it 2 stars because it did kill bugs when sprayed right on the bug but then again it is oily so they just drowned. It smells really nice and was more of an air fresher on my back porch around the dog food and cat box. I did use it in my garden to kill ants on contact and that was good as I did not want to use poisonous chemicals on my veggies that were growing.Customer Review: Really works for ants

We don't like using harsh chemicals around the house. We're used to using natural products that don't work quite as well as their chemical counterparts. But this one works at least as well as anything out there. It leaves a pleasant citrus smell that dissipates over a day or so, and really keeps the bugs out for a long time. We find it especially effective for ants -- one spray and they're gone for good.Customer Review: It Smells Good

The product has a very pleasant smell, if not sprayed too heavily (it can be a little strong). As for effectiveness, I really haven't been able to tell. I thought initially that "kills on contact" meant instantly but was advised by manufacturer that it kills later once it makes contact. They said it breaks down the skeletal structure. They said it works best in cracks and crevaces, or on direct contact.
