I started this hobby last year and didn't want to spend $200+ on a nice set of tools until I had more experience (and some success!). These tools are inexpensive and work great. I am careful to clean them and give them a touch of oil after every use, and so far no rust problems. I may not upgrade for a long time.Customer Review: Good quality starter set

These tools seem very well made. They are heavily made tools but so well balanced that they aren't tiring to use. As a beginner with Bonsai and this being only the second time I bought tools for my Bonsai, it would have been nice if they had marked the tools for eaier identification.Customer Review: Good Tools

All of the tools come individually wrapped in either a plastic bag or casing. They are unlabelled, but appear to be lubricated and well sharpened. They arrived quickly (within a week for me) and without any damage or other issues. I would order from this source again in the future.Customer Review: Good buy for the money

Was pleasantly surprised by the strength of the tools. For the price it is a good buy. If you want more maintaince free tooling I would suggest stainless steel. These will be a good set if you take proper care of them by washing and oiling after use.Customer Review: Bonsai Tools

Awesome product. All I could find elsewhere was half the tools for twice the cost. The canvas bag is also a great compliment to this product. Even adding this to your purchase, you are saving half of what most bonsai sites offer for the tools alone.
