I guess these are ok. They look very mass-produced, and made out of slag steel. Nothing impressive. So far they seem reasonably sharp. I was mainly interested in getting the concave cutters, and those cut fine. The action of the tool is stiff, so you have to pry them open, they won't open by themselves. But they have a nice shaped head which can get in between branches and cut center branches very low to the collar.
The scissors are decent, but there is some play in the two halves. You can force them to cut along a clean edge but they seem a bit cheap to me.
Overall, these tools are decent, don't expect anything more.
