Kept waiting for someone cute to do a video review. Ah, well.
First one I ordered the nut that covers the positioning ball (some other name?) cracked. I don't "think" it is my fault, but if you install one of these, make your adjustment with a proper wrench. You use a standard, non plumbers wrench, you will scratch the nut. Duct tape works on a standard wrench. When first installing the unit, using only hand power, the shower head holder will stop (did for me) at about 45 degrees. The temptation is to use the unit itself as the tool to twist to the last position. Not a good idea.
Thing has NO leaks. I have been using it just about a month. I will wait to see what happens long term.
I will NOT go back to a standard head. This thing just works way too well.
I don't have any problems with "cold air" or loudness. I just get a consistently great shower.

I bought this product three months ago. It worked well and gave a great water massage. But after little more than 90 days of use, the hose fell apart at the joint and the rubber lining ruptured. This was bad enough for a $50.00 shower head, but when I called the company, ETL, in Modesto, Ca., about a replacement under their so-called lifetime warranty, I was informed that in addition to having to pay to ship the defective part back to them ($6-7), I'd also have to send them a check for $5.95 to cover their cost to ship the replacement back to me. Somehow I fail to understand where their mistake should cost me anything. Or maybe they don't think that a part that fails in three months is their mistake. So, as the title says. Buyer beware! Maybe you'll be lucky and not get a defective product and not have to depend on ETL to back their warranty. But, then, Review: WOW! Best shower head for low pressure showers!Summary: 5 Stars I absolutely love this shower head. I was very skeptic because I couldn't understand how a shower head will make a difference when the water pressure was the problem because it was so low. Well, after reading a few reviews, I decided to try it and I'm super impressed. First of all, it was very easy to install. My son was the first to use it and he told me that it felt like the shower at the Harrahs. Please, that's my favorite place in the world to shower, how can that be? I was sure he was just making fun of me, but what do you know, he was telling me the truth. I couldnt believe it. For the past ten years we have been showering with the lowest pressure ever. Very frustrating and it took forever to shower. We have purchased several shower heads and always the same or worse, but not anymore. If you have low water pressure, no need to keep on looking cause this is it!

I typically do not write reviews on products I buy. This time I feel I have to. I have purchased 3 shower heads in the last 10 months. We live in a village where the water pressure is very low. My sinks seem okay but the showers (I have two) are awful. Not enough pressure to get a decent shower and even rinse off properly. Three showerheads later and still not happy. I continued my search. After reading all the reviews on this product, I thought I'd give it a try. Well let me tell you....I can now take a fantastic shower ! The pressure is remarkable. I never thought I would have a decent shower again. But now I found the product that has given me what I was looking for. I am now going to purchase a second one for the guest bathroom. If your looking for what I was, a decent shower with adaquate pressure, this is the product you want.Customer Review: THIS is the one with flow control

I'm very happy with this product.I mistakenly bought the one not called Body Spa Skin Care and had to return it. If you are into saving water you need THIS one. Elegant, well designed, sturdy, and self cleaning, it has all the qualities I was looking for. Idealy, it would have a button control flow valve (Like my previous shower head.)that's easier to use, especially with soapy hands. All in all, this is the best inexspensive
hand held out there. (Compared to the $200.$300 and higher "high end" handhelds. My wife and I love the airy yet powerful spray. You might want to know that there is an adapter available on Amazon that allows you to keep your existing head in place too.Delta Hand Shower Arm Diverter, Chrome #50650
