I love this thing!! I discovered this showerhead while I was staying at a casino resort in NV. I saw the name on the showerhead and searched for it on the web and was able to find it at a great price. I already had a low-flow Moen showerhead, which worked fine for nine years, but was lacking in pressure. Here's what I think of the Oxygenics:
1) Very high pressure.
2) Sprays in a quick pulse action that is massaging. Feels great and makes you want to stay in the shower.
3) Easy to install. I just unscrewed the Moen and replaced it with this.
4) The high-pressure mist will spray outwards, so it's best that the showerhead is hanging lower than your shower door or otherwise water will spray outside of your shower.
5) If you have ever used a pressure washer, you will know that the farther away you are, the pressure reduces significantly. It is the same with this showerhead, but I didn't experience any problems with this. My guess is, if the showerhead is not more than 12" away from your head, you should be OK.
6) For this price, it is definitely worth giving it a try. I replaced two showerheads in my house.
7) I usually don't trust anything that is marketed with "As Advertised on TV", but since I was able to experience this showerhead at a hotel, it was a no-brainer for me!
In summary, this thing is fantastic and I will definitely recommend this to everyone!

I knew the showerhead previously installed in my bathroom was a horribly inefficient piece of junk. It spewed my precious hot water out so fast that within 10 minutes my showers were getting cold. In the cold season nothing is worse than being deprived of that last few minutes of heat during those chilly mornings. I knew something had to be done even though I currently rent this home of "mine". I installed the Oxygenics 60120, which was a snap, and WHAMO!!! I'm getting focused pressure right where I need it. It's not overly drenching but it provides perfect coverage. The pressure is easily adjustable from the lever on the head. It creates GREAT steam filling the bathroom with warmth. But the most important, valuable, even QUALITY OF LIFE IMPROVING effect of this showerhead is the HEAT CONSERVATION. You can bet your a$$ I put it to the test - yes I stood in my shower for well over 25 minutes and it was still hot. My wife hopped in after me and she went another 10 minutes or so. I put an end to this wasteful test before the water even began cooling off. So really it's still inconclusive how long the hot water lasts - which is amazing. What an improvement! I feel like we never need to worry about running cold again. It's one of the greatest and easiest home improvements you can make. You'll be saving water costs AND heat costs immediately. This showerhead does exactly what it promises and delivers a good invigorating shower. I was so pleased with it that I just ordered another for our other bathroom. I have a small hot water tank (intentionally) and only moderate pressure so obviously you can't sing a full opera in there. I had tried an expensive Delta model but it consumed hot water too fast so you'd have race to finish your shower like on a Navy ship. I eventually ended up using the inexpensive Ultra Saver Showerhead, 1.5 GPM. They work but it really doesn't feel like you're taking a shower. The mist it produced was cold before it hit the lower half of your body. I had given up on trying to find the right showerhead as it was a just minor inconvenience until I was persuaded by other reviews to give this a try. I'm glad I did! I hope I haven't started down the path to becoming an obnoxious shower connoisseur. :)Customer Review: Feels great and saves water and energy

I was truly pleasantly surprised by this product. I replaced a newer multi-spray shower head that was rated at 1.5 gpm. With the old head, I always accumulated about an inch of water at my feet while I was showering. With the new head there is no accumulation. I didn't measure it, but it is obviously using considerably less water. The best part is that the shower is great! It has a single lever which adjusts from a gentle rain like shower to full blast which really rinses you off, but is also pleasant. No uncomfortable needle jets. When I want to take a guilt free long shower, I turn the lever down and even though it is a pleasant sensation, it seems to be using next to no water. Even at full capacity it is very significantly using less water then my old head that was compliant with new regulations.
This is one of the few win-win situations I've come across in a while. You'll get your money back and help the planet in no time. Buy this one.

I have used these showerheads for years. I first saw them in a Skymall catalog for about 4 times this price. I originally bought them to replace a Moen showerhead that had almost no pressure. These are fantastic for anyone that has weak pressure or just wants to conserve water. If you're concerned about having too much pressure, bear in mind that these have an adjustable plastic lever that controls that. A very inexpensive showerhead, that looks great. I just purchased two of them for a rental property. I know that they'll last and have fewer moving parts for tenants to adjust and break over time.
There is however one drawback. These showerheads are somewhat noisy. I have heard it compared to a 747 taking off. While obviously not that loud, I did find that statement humorous because I knew exactly where they were coming from. I would argue however that this is not a deal breaker and some people might actually like the sound.
