I keep the pressure on the well low, it helps with lowering the volume of water going into septic (a bit).Showers now feel soo good! Yes I know it is a relatively narrow stream of water but if you have low pressure, by choice or not, this makes it feel like a real shower! You can even effectively rinse out shampoo or conditioner from the scalp not just the hair. If you have low pressure you know what I'm talking about. Not perfect but it makes life better with low water pressure. I've tried three other shower heads, this is my favorite so far!!!Customer Review: Great for the price

I actually used this first while at a hotel during a business trip. I thought the lower pressure I have at home would be helped using this showerhead so i bought this one. I have to say, it works great. The pressure is great and can be adjusted to your individual taste with the side handle. The only thing that I viewed as "not perfect" was the sound. As stated by other reviewers, this system injects air into the stream of water and that must be why it sounds so loud. I bought this showerhead to reduce consumption of water; there is a drought in our area of the country, and I can't control volume with the shower valve. This showerhead reduces volume very well. There is a plastic valve which can increase or decrease flow, so I can change it as desired during a shower.
The one thing that bothered me initially about the showerhead was that the water comes out in a slightly harsh way -- it can even feel like slight stinging to the skin. However, I now see this as cleansing or washing better.

I hate wimpy shower heads with no pressure that feel as though water is being sprinkled on your head. The Oxygenics feels like shower heads before they became low-flow. I travel every week for business and most hotels use Teledyne Water Pik or something similar. I have not found a shower head that comes close to the Oxygenics. I can't wait to get home to take a shower with my Oxygenics. I am purchasing another one for a friend who complained about the shower head.Customer Review: Fancy Shower Head

This shower head is very attractive and offers the ability to change the pressure with a quick twist of the plastic controller. It probably saves a lot of water, because although it mixes air with water to give the feel of getting a normal shower, there just isn't enough water coming through to do a good job. I'm going to keep using it, because of the water savings, but I'm a little disappointed that the pressure isn't even close to the old shower head.
