I have an original oxygenics shower head and wanted a new one. I saw this (oxygenics skin care high pressure smart shower head) advertised. It is more basic that the original. The head has no adjustment and cannot be turned up or down ( or pivot). But it works exactly as well as the $29.95 one despite the lack of adjustments and cost only $15.99. I am very satisfied with the product.
