Like the other reviewer said - this is a child's gas mask (as stated in the description). I can't see this fitting an adult...
For the price, you can't beat it. I don't think I would ever try to use this for protection from gas, but I guess it's better than nothing. A little out-dated though.
I bought it to use as a prop, and for that purpose it is everything I had hoped for.
The bag is not as sturdy as it appears in the photo, but that is a minor thing. It's a thin cotton, not canvas. Somewhere between jeans and a t-shirt - but closer to a t-shirt. I didn't buy it for the bag though.
I would in no way recommend this for a survival situation. This is best suited for a costume or a prop.
I would hope that nobody would seriously entrust the life of their child to a gas mask costing less than $10...
