Was disappointed with the Dewalt tinted bifocal safety glasses (Dewalt DPG59-220C Reinforcer Rx-Bifocal 2.0 Smoke Lens Safety Glasses) so decided to try these. I'm very satisfied: They look well made and have a nice glossy frame; the distortion-free lenses are slightly thicker than the Dewalt; the bifocal portion is positioned just right for me and there's not much interference with my normal field of view; the frames are marked for compliance with the ANSI Z87 standard (the Dewalt glasses aren't marked for compliance with anything); the temples/earpieces are a stiff plastic and have a more snug fit than the soft rubbery ones, and I like the vent holes on the bridge and temple sides.
They're a very snug fit for me but I prefer that over a loose fit but I'd caution that they might be too tight for some (the width of the frame measured across inside the hinges is about 129mm vs. about 144mm for the Dewalt). The bridge could be a mm or 2 wider. They really wrap around my eyes; wore them for a long bike ride and was surprised how well they shielded my eyes from wind coming in around the sides of the lenses; important to me since I wear contacts and few things are as irritating as wind gusts (or dust, etc.) that make it past the sides of protective glasses. I liked these enough to get a couple more pair.
