I have no idea whether this has been shipped or not. I got a refund of the item price, not the shipping, and there's no tracking information. I only found out about the refund when I checked my orders to see what had happened--no one let me know there was a problem.
Since I needed the product for a professional commission, I quickly re-ordered from someone who may actually deliver.
This was my second order of this product from Jo-Ann. The first took a very long time, and was packaged in a ridiculously huge box, with lots of packing paper.
What I can't figure out is, if they're ever going to ship this product, why did they refund the item price? And if they're not, why didn't they refund the shipping? And if there's a problem, why didn't they inform me?
As for the shrink wrap itself, it's a fine product. But someone at Jo-Ann is asleep at the switch. I won't deal with them again unless I have to.
