My parents' bathtub had an antique plastic thingy being used and I hated it ... researched and found the Flip-It Tub Stopper and also while looking for a remedy for the bathtub - found Flip-It Jr for the lavatory. What a godsend! Both items have worked great and my 89 y.o. parents love them. So much easier for them to use their toes to open & close the tub drainage system rather than reaching to open and close. The lavatory sink flip-it works just as great, actually keeping water in the sink is easier now than the previous version of a stopper. Realizing that these were better products than most, I have also recommended these to friends and other family members who are using them also.
****Please do not hesitate to purchase either one; because, you will regret not having these wonderful products in your home****

We have a large jacuzzi type tube and our 5 year old ripped the entire stopper mechanism out leaving just the knob turing nothing. I assumed we would need some expensive repair or a new tub at worst. The description of the product seemed like something that would work, but I was doubtful to say the least because of its low cost. Amazingly, this very inexpensive product works great! I fit the two largest rubber rings onto stopper and lubricated it with Vaseline and fit it into the drain. Genius! The product has a lever on the top that you flip one way to stop the drain and the other way to open the drain. So simple but effective. I highly recommend this product.Customer Review: Good as described

Product fits perfectly in my tub. Flick the little lever and it will keep the water in the tub for a long time then flick
the level the other way and it will release the water. It made by tub look 'complete' again. It was annoying to see a big hole in it. The reason that I gave it a 4 star is because it can't keep the hair from going down the drain. It's not the vendor's fault. They did not promise that it will do that. Some hair get stuck on the edges so I take them away after each bath/shower. It will be good if it has a mesh on the edge to keep out the hair from going into the drain.
It's worth the money.

This appears to be a very well designed item. However, when we got ours (2 of them), the largest O-Ring was just a hair too little to fit the drains in our 2 apartment bathtubs. UGH!!! Just ONE more ring a little bit bigger & it would have worked great IMHO. Was told to take a trip to a plumbing supply store to see if we can find a bit bigger rubber ring. If we get around to it, will come back & edit this with how it went. Maybe our tubs are not standard or??? Shipping, price, & packaging were excellent.Customer Review: Does it REALLY work?

Stop searching for those expensive replacements for your tubs water stopper. OMG I can't believe how perfect this works. My cats like me to put a little water in the tub and they periodically climb inside to play in and drink the water. This stopper holds all the water I put in for hours, yes even over night or even longer if you choose. I'm sorry I didn't buy more than one. I did save the packaging so I could find it again some day in case I need it for the 2nd tub in my house.
