I purchase this 3/8" line for finishing with an HVLP system, caus eyou can starve your finish gun of air and my finishing has definatly gotten better. I like the hose alot better that the normal hose, the only thing that I wish the manufactor would do is make a 25' hose. In my shop it kind of gets tangled. I also have 1/4" hose fro nailing and both are great, i like the flexiblity and the durablity. I have had my 1/4" for years and has not had any problems with it, you can roll things over it and it does not get damaged.
