these filters are poorly made, third filter purchased and they have all cracked or had the threads to filter strip out, filter is hard to access.
Just purchased a Brita filter to replace the Pur and the Brita is superior.

Well, I've been keeping replacing new PUR EVERY YEAR!!!
I've never purchase this product again. This is totally waste of money.

Kind of hard to install tightly enough, and the filtered water dribbles out toward the back of the attachment, making it difficult to collect. I still use it, but have to prop up a cup at the very back of my kitchen sink.
