I knew this was an inexpensive product compared to others for all the many tools in the 'kit'. Upon receiving it, my impression worsened as I saw the plastic 'casing'. Hell, I thought, as long as it does the job.
I tried using the prying knife to open the back of my snap-in Skagen watch. So far I have been unsuccessful. I probably have spent a good hour trying all possibilities. I even hurt my finger with the knife slipping. In the end, it left a lot of scratches at the back of my lovely Skagen. The knife's edges show wilt and I don't think it will last long. I admit, Skagens are known to be a pain to open and close.
I tried using the supposed tool to unscrew the back of my Seiko. It slipped and slipped. The tool itself looks definitely used for years! You can even see the wear (years of it as the groves are all smoothened out) of the local shop owners in some old alley of modern China. I haven't tried any other tool of the 16 pieces.
In the end, the kit feels so cheap, I feel cheap returning it - forget about selling it. If you want to change batteries and links yourselves, don't skimp on this item. Get a good one - it is worth the money over the long run.
