Update 6/30/10 SHOULD HAVE BEEN . . .
I received a comment that said "Another failure to follow the directions. You've got the wrong end of the hose attached to the spray head. This prevents the spray head from fitting into the holder on the main body."
I was not sure if there's a direction to which end goes to what, anyway, I tried to reversed it and it works. I'm editing my review to show I meant to give it a four stars. Since I can only have one review at a time, here's a new edited version.
Original Review
I bought two of this Peerless 76410 model. My biggest disappointment is in the handheld showerhead that won't hold still.
Positive:
1. No leaks for me - that's an Do-It-Yourself-er issue.
2. The material is acceptable for the price paid. Similar to any white hose on a hand held only shower-head, rubberize vs simulated chrome plastic (this one came with) and it works just fine.
3. The hose is same length of my previous hand held (shower-head only) it replaced. It's hard to keep it out of the way if you have like soap, shampoo, etc hanging below.
4. Issue about the cheap plastic connector that cracked as reported. It's DIY'er issue. Only use an adjustable wrench to connect to the main water pipe but take it easy, you are stronger than you might think, which cause the breakage and leakage and Hand tighten the other connectors.
5. Water pressure on the fixed shower head as reported weak. Initially, I thought it was an issue but when I adjusted the head by turning the face, the pressure is as strong as my previous shower-head.
6. Everything works wonderful and the design idea would have been perfect except the hose being nuisance.
