So I was reading some of the other reviews and I'm starting to wonder if this is just a problem that is specific to me...my water pressure went way down, WAY down. To get enough pressure to rinse the soap away or even wet my hair in less than five minutes I have to have it set to the high middle stream which on one hand isn't terrible but on the other isn't great...taking a shower with a one inch stream of water is blah.
I don't have any leaks or cracks or anything of that nature. Everything I got is metal, hose included. The hose is super stiff but I am sure with a few warm showers it will loosen it up a bit.
I'm tall and don't have trouble reaching the switch to move from one head to the other or grabbing the hand held of the holder BUT I kind of wish they would have put some notching in the head swivel (to rotate from the different streams of water) because once wet it is a bit slippery and hard to turn.
Overall though for the price and simplicity of installation I am happy with it (and hoping my water pressure was just off and will get better!)

I attached this product to another adapter prior to the shower to allow yet another small remote on and off hose for bathing the cat. Once you complete the use of the pet hose, unattach the hose and it automatically changes to the Peerless Shower Head Combo use, without removeing any attachment of the Peerless Shower Head Combo. By turning the knob on the Peerless Adapter the Peerless Hand Shower Head comes to use. I like it because you can clean the whole shower with ease of the Peerless Hand Shower hose handle. At first I forgot to put the gaskets and teflon tape on it so the shower head leaked. But, I corrected that problem and now it works great. No leaks anywhere. I really am happy with this product. I do recommend this product and if you have a pet, do get a third adapter from the hardware store with the on and off nozzle hose (similer to faucet sink hose, but longer, color white) for bathing your pet. But do get the Chrome Peerless Four-Spray Hand Shower and Shower Head Combo for the family.Customer Review: Works well, but not durable

Bought the shower head in chrome, which appears to have a different construction from the white option. It is not made of plastic, and the black-and-chrome striping along the hose consists of two different materials: black rubber, covered by strips of metal.
I was happy with the design and function of the shower head. It has good water pressure and several different options for the spray. The chrome has not rusted with use either. However, after 1 year and 4 months of use, the detachable showerhead sprang a leak. Some of the black rubber on the hose began to bulge at the point where it meets the shower head. Eventually, the bulge burst and water started leaking from the hole. I had hoped the hole would not get any bigger, but over the course of a couple weeks, it has widened, rendering the detachable showerhead useless.
Time to buy another one, but this time, made by a different company.

I love that you can use either or both showerheads at the same time. I can let water massage my achy back while I wash the front side of me or wash my hair. The only thing I don't like is that I can't use the handheld showerhead while seated in the tub. I have a bad back and sometimes need to soak in warm water but the hose is too short for me to do this and wash my hair at the same time I soak. One other thing is that the hose has a mildly "skunky" smell to it. I figured it would go away after a while, but it hasn't yet, but I only notice it when I park the showerhead over my shoulder while I lather up my body, can't really do that one handed but if I just let go of the hose it snakes around and sprays everywhere. The head is also a bit slippery to hold onto if your hands are soapy, could stand to have some grips molded into it.Customer Review: Best Shower Head Ever for the price!

I have bought so many shower heads I gave up a about a year ago. Nothing had everything I was looking for. I found this one first at a Walmart for cheap. I didnt think it would be that good for the price but got it anyways. When I got home and tried it I was so happy. Can control one or both heads and flow is great with or without the flow regulator. I went back and got more for all my showers. I just bought another one now online incase on ever goes out on me. So far over a year of use and still going strong. Parts are on the cheap side and plastic but they work great. Remember its on the low price side so its more then worth it. It did buy a new handset house online. One that was metal and alittle longer. Can get a good one for 15 bucks and makes this combo even better!. Just my 2 cents!.
