Customer Review: Both Showers work simultaneously... Even with my 1920's plumbing!

I didn't think I would get the 2-sprays to work at the same time with my primitive plumbing, but I was extremely surprised when I changed the dial to both heads and they both worked fine (normal or rain setting). It's great having a hand held, especially on the intense massage setting, for power washing the shower curtains on my claw foot tub. The added bonus that the hand shower is taller than the regular head allowed me to return the expensive shower head height adjuster I'd bought just in case. Make sure you use plumbers tape (the white rubbery stuff) on EVERY connection, including the hand shower to the hose. After drying myself and my bathroom after a major water event, and mentally kicking myself, I did just that and everything has been leak and drip free ever since.Customer Review: Pleasantly surprised!

We thought we were taking a good gamble when we chose this model over the more expensive Waterpik ones -- on reviews alone -- and we were right! We have very low water pressure, so we could only use about 3 of the 30 or so settings on our old Waterpik. This Peerless is awesome! We figured even if we got reasonable pressure out of one or the other of the heads, there was no way we could have them both going together -- wrong! The pressure with the stationary, handheld or both at once is unprecedented. My husband says it was really easy to install, too. It does have the appearance of flimsiness -- it's lightweight, in a sort of cheap way -- but it's already held up beautifully for us about six weeks or so. We love it, and only wished we'd replaced our old one sooner!Customer Review: Love the flexibility

We needed a handheld sprayer for our shower both for clean rinsing the body as well as being able to rinse the shower stall down after cleaning, but we liked the idea of a dual spray. It was super easy to install. I do have two small complaints--both having to do with grip. First, the handheld head is so smooth it is hard to hold on to in a given grip with slippery hands. You kind of need to brace the head with a finger or two rather than just holding the handle. Second, turning the head to adjust from full spray to massage spray is also very difficult with wet hands, as there is hardly any texture and it turns rather stiffly. Perhaps in time it will turn easier. All in all, we really like the flexibility and for the price you can't really go wrong.Customer Review: Doesn't work!

Upon getting this item, installed following instructions. Results was water spraying all over bathroom! Called company for futher instructions. Told to tighten intrenal nylon bushing with allen wrench. Did this and installed with same results. Called company again and the sent me a new unit. After several days, got new unit and tighten internal bushing but strip it. Installed new unit with, once again, water leaking all over the place. Took older unit and removed internal bushing and wrapped typhlon tape on treads and put back in unit....reinstalled with worst results.
What is the cause of this problem? I do not know but am sure that the company has not tested these units before shipping and have poor quality control!

I have been using this for a month now and I haven't found anything to dislike about it. It installed very easily and everything feels well made. The selector switch is easy to operate as well as the individual shower heads. There are only two possible settings on each head, but that didn't bother me at all. This setup makes sharing the shower very easy and my wife and I have found that it helps cut down on our morning shower time. The settings are good pressure-wise and the high pressure is not painfully high. I really liked the stainless hose as it stays put instead of wrapping around itself and moving around a lot. I'm very happy with this and it was well worth the money.
